Three New Health Centres Handed Over to NHS Sheffield

Community 1st Sheffield is delighted that three of the current new-build schemes we are developing for NHS Sheffield have reached practical completion and been handed over to NHS Sheffield.

Norfolk Park Health Centre is already open to the public, whilst The Flowers Health Centre and Darnall Primary Care Centre will open in the next few weeks.
Foxhill Medical Centre is on schedule to be completed and handed over early next year.

All four of the health centres will house GP and primary care services and will provide staff and patients with brand new, state-of-the-art facilities, offering an improved service for local communities.

Neil Charlesworth, Director of Community 1st Sheffield said: “It is  wonderful to see these facilities complete after all the hard work from everyone involved. We look forward to seeing all four of the centres open to the public, and to continuing our work with NHS Sheffield maintaining and improving their healthcare estate.”
