The Flowers Health Centre in Sheffield has won a bronze award in the ‘New Build’ category at the Green Apple Built Environment Awards.
The awards recognise, reward and promote environmental best practice around the world to organisations that are making a positive contribution to the built environment or our architectural heritage.
Commissioned by NHS Sheffield and delivered by Community 1st Sheffield, The Flowers Health Centre opened to the public in December 2012 and provides a range of medical services, including GP and nursing services, minor surgical procedures and community therapies, whilst also acting as a hub for the local community.
